As first time parents we were really nervous about putting our 6 month old into nursery, especially as she has rejected the bottle and we use reusable nappies. Home from Home made it obvious from the start our fears were unfounded. Our daughter settled in right away and the team have respected and worked with our daughter’s tenacious nature since day 1 including her inconsistent napping and cows milk protein allergy.
We get lovely photos of the activities she gets up to, she holds her arms out to be taken into nursery by the staff now at 8 months with a smile on her face and she comes home happy and tired. We couldn’t ask for better, more attentive and caring staff who so obviously enjoy the children they look after.

The staff are incredibly nurturing, attentive, and clearly experienced with babies. They have taken the time to understand our twins’ individual routines, needs, and personalities, which made a huge difference in helping them settle in so quickly.
The environment is warm, safe, and well set up for little ones, with plenty of sensory activities and opportunities to support early development. We really noticed how much our twins progressed, both in confidence and interaction.
Communication is excellent throughout. We are always kept updated on feeds, naps, and daily activities, which gave us real peace of mind.
Most importantly, our children are happy, comfortable, and clearly well cared for every single day. We’re so grateful to the whole team and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Home From Home.
