The staff are all very friendly and welcoming and updates are provided via an app which parents can use to see. There are also photos of what they've been doing which is always lovely to see. Great nursery. Staff are very responsive to any questions or queries and reply quickly as well.

Busy Bee's Beverley have provided excellent care for my little girl since for 4 years since she was 11 months old, providing her with the stimulation and care that she requires. The staff are brilliant and go above and beyond to ensure your child's needs are met and also keep parents informed at all times. I would recommend Busy Bee's to everyone...

8 days ago, I personally came to Busy Bees to talk about my son's enrollment. The manager did not find time for me, but she promised to write to my email. 5 days passed, and I still did not receive the letter. Then I filled out the form on the website and wrote a message to the mail. It has been 8 days, and there is no response! If for some reason you do not want to accept my child, then say so. Fortunately, you are not the only institution in Bererley

My Son has Special Educational Needs, is non verbal and has Autism. We were told (by the Senco) at a meeting before we started, that this nursery would meet his high needs and that she personally would be following his progress at the nursery (we found out that during his time there, this was a lie and the Senco didn't even work with him!). We receive portage for our son to help with his mental delays and to help him with his cognitive learning, it was then that we also tried to apply for a one to one assistant for our son, which a private nursery must apply for internally. We gave them all his medical proof and all the things they could need from his medical side to apply and they FORGOT to apply and missed the deadline! The second time they TRIED to apply, they gave insufficient educational evidence and it was sent back! This was 2 days before the deadline and the manager decided she was TOO STRESSED and took a PERSONAL DAY! Thus letting my child down once again! He attended this nursery for 6 months and this was the final straw, we then we pulled him out due to the lazy management and his educational needs being unmet over and over - while the nursery lied to us and tried to paint a completely different picture, even shifting blame from one staff member to the next! They would never take responsibility for their failures at all. I would NEVER recommend this nursery to anyone who believes their child may have a learning disability or a delay of any kind, or any special needs! I believe that my child was just left to wander around to his own devices and not cared for properly. He now attends Manor Road Nursery in Beverley and I have seen so much change in him! He is so happy to learn. the Senco there has been so hands on and he has 2 Teaching Assistants! THAT is how it should have planned out! They conned us out of 6 months of his early education in my eyes. I'd put zero stars for Busy Bees if I could. It's just a glorified babysitting service and the "outstanding" report is a crock.
