How they support every child

SEND provision

A key strength of the nursery is how well the staff support children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). Staff think carefully about what the children need to learn and how. The special educational needs coordinators (SENCos) work tirelessly to ensure that children with SEND get the right support to help them to succeed. The SENCos are tenacious and have a real passion for their role. They use a wide range of strategies and support to create a bespoke curriculum for individual children. For example, they actively challenge other professionals to ensure that children receive the right support. As a result, children with SEND make steady and continuous progress.

Outdoor space

Children develop a 'can-do' attitude as they negotiate the balance beams and clamber over tyres. Babies enjoy plenty of tummy time, which enables them to develop the muscles needed to sit and walk unaided. Children are confident to use a range of resources and wheeled toys to develop their gross motor skills.

Such an unprofessional environment! The staff in there are so rude. They had a 14 year old girl doing work experience there,They didn’t give her any support. They Made her feel so out of place She only did 2 days and has cried so much Because of the way they treated her. She was not given any sort of guide Of what she was supposed to be doing She was just left on a table for hours Feeling uncomfortable and clueless. And that’s just a school girl doing her work experience. Kids are left to run wild whiles ‘Teachers’ are chatting amongst themselves Not caring about the children that are in there care! I wouldn’t be recommending this nursery to anyone

Unsure why this nursery is rated so low. My daughter started in January in the preschool room and she's doing wonderfully. The staff are attentive and know her well. I can't vouch for the other rooms but management/room leads are great. (Shout outs to Kerry, Rachel, Cat & Cheryl)

We absolutely love it here. The staff make me feel like my daughter is the only child they have. They are attentive to her needs and arrange learning play with things she is interested in. Thank you for making this whole process so easy for us all.

Very welcoming, understanding of individual circumstances. My grandson Jake settled in very quickly and looked forward to going everyday. Polite and helpful staff, very happy with the service.

We pulled our child out of this setting after almost 2 years, but should have done a lot sooner.
