My daughter has just started with Fern Bank and I couldn’t be happier with how well she has settled in. The staff are all so incredible and professional and have made her first couple of weeks really enjoyable I’m so pleased. Naturally I was extremely nervous to be leaving her for the first time but Shona has been very supportive and reassuring throughout. The app is also brilliant and I love having little updates throughout the day. My daughter is getting so much out of nursery already can’t thank the team enough xx

Our daughter joined the nursery at the start of January, after having a full year off on maternity leave and very little time apart it was a huge step for us both! We had visited a couple of nurseries but nothing was giving us that comfort we were looking for, then we came across Fern Bank and it completely changed our outlook. We rang and arranged a show around that day and straight away the feeling of ‘this is the one’ came to both me and my partner, the lady who did our show around was so bubbly and positive, all the rooms were brightly coloured with the correct resources for the age of the room. My daughter was so relaxed straight away and that has continued through, she absolutely loves it! All the staff are so welcoming and lovely. I have access to an app which is updated daily with her food etc and photos are added which always gives you that little bit of reassurance when the mum guilt kicks in. Thank you to the whole team at Fern Bank for keeping our little ones safe, happy, fed and having endless amounts of fun. :)

Partou Fern Bank have been very supportive with regards to my son and his additional needs. I could not have asked for a more happy, supportive, and caring nursery and nursery staff to look after my son. They welcomed him with open arms and he has settled in amazingly - as well as actually enjoying attending nursery to see his peers, he has progressed very well! So thank you very much to all of Fern Banks staff and if you are looking where to send your child to nursery, Fern Bank is one to look at ❤️xx

My 1year old started 2/3months ago and all the staff have been wonderful taking the time to help him settle in and being attentive to his needs. Everyone has been so supportive and caring. The setting is spacious and there are lots of ways for the children to develop their skills. My little one loves the sensory room. A variety of food and snacks are offered taking into account any individual needs. Communication with head office was slow at the start (no fault of the local nursery management who are great) but I am so glad I persevered as our experience to date has been very positive.

We recently moved our 15 month old to this nursery following on from a negative experience elsewhere and we are so happy we made this decision. The staff have all been so lovely, caring and kind to help her make the transition and you can tell she is incredibly well cared for. The little details that the staff share with us at the end of each day really tell us how much they are doing to try and make sure she is as happy as possible and we love how the manager and deputy (Chris and Crystal) are very present members of the team and often mixing in the rooms with the children and able to provide updates during the day whenever we've asked for it. The play areas are lovely and we really like the fact there are different rooms and spaces for the babies to explore, so they aren't just stuck in the same place all the time. The rooms are always clean and the children do lots of different activities, both inside and out. On quieter days the babies also interact with the older children when they join rooms which I also think is brilliant and I have seen a difference in our little girl from this already. Our experience at the previous nursery made me very wary - she was coming home with awful nappy rash on a daily basis and her clothes were filthy and often wet, but the level of care she now experiences at Fern Bank is just worlds apart from this previous experience - I only wish I had done it sooner! I would strongly recommend this nursery and thank you to all the staff for the care they have shown to us all as a family - especially the lovely ladies in the baby room.
