How they support every child
SEND provision
Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities are very well supported. The excellent key-person system and accurate use of assessment means that gaps in children's learning, and any specific needs are identified early and acted on quickly. Staff have superb knowledge of the different ways in which children learn and are dedicated to ensuring that children have access to appropriate support.
Outdoor space
All children take part in regular outdoor activities designed by the dedicated sports coach. Young children are engrossed in the exciting activity and listen attentively to complex instructions, recalling what they have already learned. They move like different dinosaurs to balance and jump, and demonstrate excellent concentration skills as they throw a ball accurately into a target. This challenges their abilities and supports their physical health.
EAL / language support
Children who speak English as an additional language are very well supported. The excellent key-person system and accurate use of assessment means that gaps in children's learning, and any specific needs are identified early and acted on quickly. Staff have superb knowledge of the different ways in which children learn and are dedicated to ensuring that children have access to appropriate support.

Our little one adores going to the nursery. Each day, we can see the growth in their confidence, skills, and social ability. The staff are incredibly kind and truly passionate about what they do, creating a nurturing environment where our children. The variety of activities and the engaging curriculum keep our child excited to learn and explore. We could not be happier with the care and support provided. Highly recommend!

Kids planet Preston is just perfect for my little one. Staff are so understanding of what it’s like to be an anxious mummy and leave your child with strangers (initially!) in order to have to return to work. My little one also loves going there and it’s such a nice environment for her. My daughter being happy there makes me happy. I’d definitely recommend.

What a nursery! Both my children have been to the Preston site and I can honeslty say the staff go above and beyond. You can see the care and passion the team has and they do really support you throughout your journey. My sons key person really tunes into his likes and uses these to support behaviour and can see as he is growing the impact this has I couldn’t recommend this setting enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My little boy was at a nursery previously to this one and he would cry every time we dropped him of so we took him out and moved him to this nursery and oh my god he loved it from the moment we went to view it i knew it was the one and now he even asked to go to nursery on his days off! the staff are so friendly and down to earth so welcoming! he has come on so much in the last 3 months highly recommend Kids Planet Preston 10/10 🤩

An amazing nursery full of the most welcoming, kind, caring staff that work tirelessly to create a happy, safe and stimulating environment for all the children in their care. We couldn’t ask for a better nursery for our little boy to learn and grow.
