We are extremely happy with Chalkhouse nursey. My son absolutely loves it and truly enjoys his time there. The staff are incredibly caring, supportive, and attentive, and they have played a wonderful role in his development journey. It’s clear how much effort and dedication they put into each child’s growth and wellbeing. We feel very reassured knowing he is in such a nurturing and positive environment. It is a place where you feel that your child is in safe hands! Thank you very much

Chalkhouse waterside is the most wonderful nursery I could have ever dreamt for my son to attend. He started there in the baby room when they first opened in January 2025 and has recently moved up to the toddler room. Every member of staff is warm, welcoming, friendly and compassionate. My son is absolutely thriving there and loves attending nursery each day. The staff always create fun activities each day for the children to do including sensory trays and they promote as much play outdoors in the garden as possible which is wonderful. They also routinely take the children out for walks in the buggies and we receive lots of pictures and updates about their day which I find fantastic! As a parent it can be difficult leaving a child in someone else’s care but the staff at Chalkhouse waterside are so wonderful and make me feel so at ease and reassured, sometimes my son has such a wonderful time he doesn’t want to come home! I would highly recommend the nursery to any prospective parents :)

Chalkhouse Nursery has been a fantastic experience for my children. My 18-month-old and 3-year-old have both settled in beautifully, and I've seen them flourish since they started. The staff are incredibly caring and create a warm, nurturing environment where the children feel safe and loved. Their is a great business manager (Henry), who has supported us through the enrolment process and helped us navigate the new funding. My 18-month-old has made remarkable progress in their development. They're learning new words daily, and their social skills have improved significantly. The nursery's activities are well-suited to their age group, and they're always excited to go. My 3-year-old is equally happy at Chalkhouse. They're engaged in a variety of educational activities and have made some lovely friends. I've noticed a boost in their confidence and independence. Chalkhouse Nursery provides a stimulating and supportive environment where both of my children are truly thriving.

My Son started at Chalkhouse a couple of months ago, shortly before his first birthday, and I was naturally quite apprehensive given his age. The staff at Chalkhouse instantly put me at ease and I knew from his first settling in session that he was in good hands / we had made the right choice in nursery. The team in the baby room are friendly, approachable and always take the time to discuss how the day has gone, ensuring I still feel involved in my Son’s day even whilst I’m not there - the communication is faultless. Each day is full of fun and stimulating activities to keep the children entertained, be it bilingual sing, walks by the water, painting or playing in the garden; it seems that no two days are the same! My Son has really started to become his own little person since starting at Chalkhouse and I can’t thank the team enough for their help in nurturing him as he grows.
