Nothing but praise for Little Trees Tutshill! The Manager Kirstie was so helpful when arranging viewings, settling sessions and answering any queries I had. The ladies in Explorers are fantastic with the kids, they always provide a great selection of activities which create endless opportunities for the kids to develop. Abbi is a great room leader and put me at ease right away, an invaluable member of the team! The room is much bigger than you would find in other settings, open light and airy providing plenty of space for exploring. Highly recommend.

I'd struggle to give this setting 1*. Unfortunately, after problems communicating and welfare provision, management have proven they're incapable of even the most basic of personal care to a child. Problems and complaints are very much handled 'off record' and fail to reach upward management chain. A 'placeholder' attitude is given to any parent raising an issue and problems still continue. These issues I mention aren't isolated. Ofsted have carried out inspections and as a result of alarming circumstances. I hope, if you consider sending your child here, you do your research thoroughly and keep a close eye. I'd never recommend your child attending this setting with an additional need, they cannot cope with any additional need.
