First Steps Bath is a charitable organisation dedicated to providing high-quality, affordable childcare, ensuring every child receives the support and care they need to thrive. Operating as a not-for-profit, the nursery reinvests all proceeds back into its services, directly benefiting families and children.
This commitment extends to inclusion, with initiatives like an optional 'Inclusion Fee' to help fund nutritious meals for all children, particularly those from low-income families. The nursery also actively participates in government funding schemes, making childcare accessible to a wider range of families.
Valuing community and comprehensive development, First Steps Bath aims to create a safe, stimulating, and vibrant environment where children can make exceptional progress in their learning and development, as evidenced by positive Ofsted reports. The organisation prides itself on its skilled and knowledgeable staff who build strong relationships with the children, fostering a supportive atmosphere.
With multiple accessible locations, including Moorlands Community Nursery, First Steps Bath serves as a vital resource for both commuters and local parents in the Bath area.
