We had registered our first child with this preschool years ago and had a great impression, which is why we enrolled our younger child. Unfortunately, since the change in management, our experience has been disappointing. Communication and responsiveness have been poor, and the management has shown little understanding of family circumstances. The way attendance times and sign-ins are recorded has also been inconsistent and used to justify extra charges, which feels unfair. We’ve now decided to withdraw our child and hope the new management takes steps to improve communication, transparency, and care for families.

My son graduated from Foundations St Peter’s Church in July and I can honestly say they are outstanding. The organisation and hard work Matt and Laura put in make the pre school outstanding. As a parent you get updates and photos of all the fun activities your child gets up to regularly. They organise fun activities like trips to Bocketts Farm, Sports Day and a christmas trip to the pantomime. The staff are super! They care so much for the children and make them feel so welcome on drop off. The activities are so much fun and there is something different to do each day. My son has learnt so much at Foundations and has enjoyed the visits from external visitors such as the police, fireman, paramedics and even the ice cream van. I am so sad my son is graduating but the staff have done a fantastic job of getting him school ready by practicing trying on uniforms, looking at photos, and giving him the skills to be ready. I will definitely send my younger children there.
