About this day nursery

C Primary School, the pre-school provides a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for up to 28 children, from two years old until they commence primary education. The pre-school emphasises a happy, safe, warm, and inclusive atmosphere, catering to individual needs and fostering freedom of choice and growth.

They are committed to continuous quality improvement, actively participating in the Bristol Standards Scheme. Children benefit from visits to The Courts National Trust gardens as part of their Forest Schools programme, and the pre-school boasts a lovely outdoor area, a mud kitchen, and access to the primary school's spacious grounds and play equipment.

The team is experienced and well-qualified, maintaining a high adult-to-child ratio to ensure personalised attention and development for each child. A key person system is in place, and learning journey books are created to document each child's experiences and progress, encouraging parental involvement in their child's learning.

Pricing & funding

Fees are charged hourly based on the child's age for any hours not covered by government funding. Additional voluntary charges are requested for consumables on an hourly basis and for celebrations and snacks on an annual basis.
