Inclusion & environment
Staff actively assess each child's progress and make timely referrals when necessary. This approach ensures that children receive the support they need to make good progress. This is particularly beneficial for vulnerable children and those with special educational needs and/or disabilities.
Our second child is now in her last year at Katey’s before she starts Reception. Both of my children have had such a wonderful experience at Katey’s Kingston. The whole staff team, led by Karolina, is the most loving and caring you’ll find. They also bring great energy and enthusiasm to everything they do with the children. My children have been playing and learning in the most engaging ways and also get to go out and about on regular fun trips around Kingston. My eldest child left for Reception all geared up and ready to go, with an excellent foundation of phonics and numbers from Katey’s which gave him a great start in Reception. We would recommend Katey’s to anyone looking for a smaller nursery that brings a homely family loving vibe to the children that go there :)
Read on GoogleI am so glad that we chose Katey's for our 2 year old last year. She has absolutely thrived in their care - both in Plums and now in pre-school. Every member of staff is warm, and clearly the nursery care about who they employ. They are open and transparent and as a result I am reassured that their team feel psychologically safe - something so important when you trust your child to others! If you are considering Katey's then I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them x
Read on GoogleOur daughter had a lovely experience at Katey’s House whilst we lived in Kingston. We felt that the staff cared deeply about our daughter there. Karolina’s warmth, responsiveness and professionalism was so palpable. We look forward to watch from afar to see what she continues to build.
Read on GoogleOur daughter started Kateys in June and we couldn’t be happier about her spending her days here. We were very nervous about the transition as she’d only been at home with us before, but Kateys welcomed her with a home-from-home warmth, and focused on getting to know her individually. She settled in so quickly and loves her days at Kateys. She has learnt so much - her speech and physical development have been incredible! They take them on daily outings, focus on both fun and learning - and all staff are simply wonderful. We love it here and couldn’t recommend it anymore! Thanks to the whole team - particularly Leah, Elza, Karolina & Brooke!! You are amazing! X
Read on GoogleWe’ve had such a positive experience with Katey's Nursery. From day one, the team has been incredibly welcoming, supportive, and attentive to our child’s needs. Our child has absolutely thrived here — becoming more confident, curious, and happy with each passing week. The activities are creative and varied, and the learning environment is both safe and stimulating. We particularly appreciate the regular updates and communication, which help us feel involved in our child’s day-to-day experiences. Thank you to everyone at Katey's Nursery for creating such a warm, nurturing, and inspiring space. Special thanks to Miss Karolina, Miss Jordan, Miss Jessica , Miss Alice and Miss Elza. We couldn’t have asked for a better start to our child’s early education journey! Kieran C.
