Areas to develop
Inclusion & environment
Staff identify when children have gaps in their development or special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). They work in partnership with parents and other professionals to make timely referrals and put plans in place. Staff use additional funding appropriately to purchase resources that support communication and language development for children with SEND.
Staff encourage children to be independent, such as putting on wet weather suits to go outside. Children enjoy exploring outside for worms and staff use this as an opportunity to extend children's language, introducing new words such as "habitat." The inspector observed the quality of education being provided, indoors and outdoors, and assessed its impact on children's learning.

Read on GoogleThe guys at kids2day preschool are absolutely amazing!! They go above and beyond in helping my son who has autism and other needs and I couldn’t of asked for more kind and caring people to look after my son. He adores going and can’t wait to get in and see what fun and creative things they have planned for the day. Would highly recommend to anyone that has a preschool age child who is looking for a preschool!!
Read on GoogleJacob started at the nursery when they first opened and I was very nervous due to jacob having no verbal communication, little understanding and having only been looked after by family previously but felt like he needed to go for his development. They have honestly been amazing and very accommodating! Jacob is well looked after, staff have been quick to learn jacobs little ways of communicating his needs and are working hard with us to improve jacobs understanding and communication. Lewis and Linzy keep us very well informed of what he has been doing or plans going forward and nothing is too much effort. Jacob most importantly loves going and is bashing down the door to get in and always comes home full of smiles which speaks for itself. I have absolutely no concerns and we are very glad we picked this nursery.
