Our daughter, Lily, joined this nursery when she was just 9 months old, and from the very beginning, the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The settling process was handled with incredible care and support, making what could have been a daunting transition feel seamless and comforting. The staff at the nursery are simply amazing. Their dedication and warmth shine through in everything they do, and it’s clear that the children absolutely adore them. The baby room, complete with a lovely garden space, is a perfect environment for little ones to explore and grow. We’ve always felt confident and calm knowing that Lily is in such capable and caring hands. The food at the nursery deserves special mention as well. Lily absolutely loved it, and it’s reassuring to know that she was provided with nutritious and delicious meals every day. The recent management change has brought even more improvements, elevating the nursery to an even higher standard. Communication with parents is excellent; the team is responsive, engaged, and always keeps us well-informed. One of the most reassuring aspects of our experience has been seeing Lily’s smile every morning as she eagerly heads off to nursery – it's the best proof that she truly loves it there. We’d like to extend a special thanks to Francesca, who has been particularly involved with Lily’s care. Her dedication and personal touch have made a real difference, and we are deeply grateful. I wholeheartedly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a safe, nurturing, and joyful environment for their child. The entire team is fantastic, and they have made this nursery a wonderful place for children to thrive.

We have been delighted with the care provided for our son at Little Bears and we feel very lucky that he attends. Despite being in the middle of a pandemic, the staff did a wonderful job to arrange settling in when he was six months old. We were able to observe him during sessions over a two week period before he attended for full days on his own. It is fantastic that milk, food and nappies are all included because it means there is no hassle in the morning or at the end of the day. The staff are so loving and arrange lots of activities to keep the children busy. They are committed to supporting our son's development and helped us to wean him, when he wouldn't eat food at home and are now trying really hard to practise his walking. We love the crafts he comes home with and the fun themed days that feature every month. The updates via an app are fantastic, it's great when I'm at work and an update or a photo of my baby in action pops up on my phone. We really couldn't ask for more!

I can only recommend Little Bear's Nursery, my daughter has been there for 6 months now and it really is a great nursery. The staff is really attentive and kind, the daycare is super welcoming and they pay attention to every detail. plus they have a nice garden where the little one can play. I can leave my daughter there without any stress. Moreover, she has learned a lot since she is attending Little Bear, it's really the best daycare in the neighborhood

Little Bear's in East Village is a fantastic nursery! My daughter enjoys her time there, and has learned so much. The staff are friendly, caring and attentive, and the setting is lovely, with great facilities and lots for the kids to do. The garden in particular is wonderful, with plenty of activities to enjoy. The nursery is well organised, and very well run, always with the child and parents' best interests in mind.
