Little Me Preschool is dedicated to providing high-quality early childhood education within a nurturing and supportive setting. The preschool, founded by Lisa Marshall over ten years ago, operates across three locations: Braintree, Silver End, and a new location in Halstead.

Each setting is designed to be a welcoming environment where children feel secure, valued, and enthusiastic about learning. The curriculum focuses on a curiosity-led approach, encouraging exploration, investigation, and learning through play with natural resources, particularly at the Silver End and upcoming Halstead locations.

Little Me Preschool caters to children generally aged 2 to 5 years, with a strong emphasis on individualised care and support for each child's development. The dedicated team of qualified Early Years educators works within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, collaborating closely with parents to ensure the highest standards of care and education.

The preschool also prioritises inclusion, actively supporting children with additional needs to help every child thrive. With spacious indoor and outdoor areas and adherence to strict safety practices, Little Me Preschool aims to foster confidence, independence, and creativity in a joyful atmosphere.

At Little Me, we believe in fostering each child’s growth in a supportive and secure setting, encouraging them to develop confidence, embrace challenges, and achieve success. We work closely with parents and local advisors to ensure the highest standard of care and education tailored to each child’s individual needs.

Pricing & funding

Charges are based on hourly rates which vary by location and funding status. Funding for 15 to 30 hours per week is accepted for eligible two, three, and four-year-olds. Additional or out-of-hours childcare is billed at a flat hourly rate depending on the branch.
