My son has been attending here for a year, I get amazing updates via Famly app, which includes regular learning progress milestones, the ladies are lovely, and he absolutly loves coming here, usually runs straight in without even saying goodbye to me! I recently started a new job where he comes to work with me twice a week, as there is childcare provided, and in stark contrast he sits in corners alone and doesn't join in with anything there. If I can get more funded hours after his third birthday I hope to move him permenatly to Spring, because he clearly loves it!

My daughter went here for a while and moved her in the end due to lack of care even picked her up one day her socks were BLACK and soaking where playing out side with no shoes and put the shoes on top for when I picked her up soaking nappies lost of her clothes went missing and she was constantly ill which is why I moved her to another nursery and it was the best decision I ever made I had to pay for lunches even though she didn't eat any of them as she don't eat meat and cannot have dairy and still wanted me to pay alot money a month for her to just have cereal at nursery and just bring pack lunch why would I spend £20 a month for her to have cereal 3 days a week. I wouldn't reccomend this nursery ever.

My son attend two Nurseries Carousel and Glebe. He enjoyed both of them ,but preferred Glebe one. During his term when i picked him up he was found several times soaking wet from playing outside or inside. Girls were nice but like a mother i didn't like it him to be left wet when weather was cold and he always have his spare clothes and shoes. I tried to speak with manager in present time but at Friday 1pm she wasn't already there. I left message to contact me but never get any call back from herl. He had few months left before he start at school so I leave it and didn't take him there for several days because he didn't want to go. I never been invite to spoke with his key worker about his progress and only what I was told he had a bad Day or good Day,he never been invite it on any trip or Christmas play or dinner. Because of my Nationality my son have a double citizen and I was born in Czech Republic. Before he enter to Carousel I fill in a lots of paperwork include my son's second language. Last Day in Carousel I left thank you card and sweeties for Girls and when I picked him up I received yellow folder with his progress and saying he had a bad Day a good luck in new school. At home reading his progress notes I found map of Poland and polish sentences which I suggested they though he was Polish Nationality as well. I got very upset and all together just came to me it wasn't good idea to put my child there.... Girls are nice ,classes to small for that many kids but the manger should be more interested what is going on there....Thank you
