We take a child-led approach to children's' learning! We follow on from children's daily ideas and interests. Little Willows strive to work closely with all parents and carers to ensure the running of a smooth, happy, safe and secure nursery.

Since the last inspection, leaders have provided training and coaching that have made significant improvements to staff's interactions with children. This means children's communication and language development is supported well overall. The curriculum is balanced and covers the areas of learning. Children are happy and settled in the nursery, showing they feel safe and secure. They form very positive relationships with the staff, who they are happy to sit with and engage in conversations with.

Pricing & funding

Nursery charges standard all-year-round fees based on age bands (0-2 and 2-5 years). Sessions include full days, school days, and morning or afternoon sessions. Additional options include breakfast, late clubs, and hourly rates. Funded places are subject to daily enhanced provision charges.

How they support every child

SEND provision

Gaps in children's learning, including for those children with special educational needs and/or disabilities, close over time. Generally, children with special educational needs and/or disabilities and families requiring additional support at home are well supported in the nursery. Staff make adaptations for children so that they are included in most aspects of the nursery and use additional funding to provide extra staff support and resources.

Outdoor space

Children develop their physical skills outdoors, including balance and coordination. Staff offer children time away from the group if they feel overwhelmed, based on what they know will help them, for example, children can go outside to play.
