Snapdragons Nursery Broadwood is part of a family-run group of nurseries that originated in Atworth in 1998, expanding to multiple locations across Bath, Bristol, South Gloucestershire, and Wiltshire. The nursery prides itself on offering high-quality, responsive childcare tailored to meet local community needs and support families.
They focus on creating memorable and enjoyable nursery experiences that build trust with parents and foster a nurturing environment where children can thrive. The aim is to cultivate a love for learning and help children develop into well-rounded, confident individuals.
Understanding the financial pressures of childcare, Snapdragons provides various support options, including tax-free childcare and early years entitlement funding, to assist families with managing expenses.

Inclusion & environment
Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities have the support that they need to make the progress of which they are capable. Staff work closely with other professionals to implement targeted support to meet children's individual needs.
The manager and staff recognise the importance of children having plenty of fresh air and exercise. Children benefit from lots of outdoor play opportunities, where they enjoy exploring the natural environment and learning to balance and climb. Leaders are currently developing a more challenging outdoor space for children, using what staff know about their needs.
The staff are not self motivated appear to be there, its a job high turn over of staff and managers. Very low moral poor outside ligting at pickup point.
