My daughter started at a small nursery when she was 10 months old, which wasn’t part of a big chain like Monkey Puzzle. So when we moved to Cheshunt and decided to enrol her at Monkey Puzzle at around 18 months, we were naturally a bit skeptical at first. As expected, the initial transition was emotional for her, but the way the baby room staff and the management team supported her was truly wonderful. Watching her go from teary mornings to happily walking in and waving goodbye at drop-off was incredibly reassuring and showed us just how comfortable she had become at the nursery. She has now moved into the toddler room, and her key person, Shannon Jones, has been amazing. She made the transition so smooth and always keeps us updated on the activities our daughter takes part in throughout the week. Shannon is approachable, informative, and always gives clear and helpful answers to our questions. The management team has also been fantastic—always supportive, responsive, and accommodating whenever we’ve had any queries. Everyone in the toddler room genuinely puts in so much effort to help our daughter learn and grow. It brings us so much joy to see her counting to 10 and confidently singing the ABCs all the way to Z. We can’t thank the nursery staff enough for the individual attention, care, and dedication they show every day. Based on our experience over the past year, they truly are exceptional at what they do. If you’re feeling unsure, I’d honestly encourage you to trust them and give it a try—you’ll see the difference for yourself.

I previously had my eldest daughter start at this nursery from the Age of 7 months and she graduated here before her next steps to Primary school. My daughter was recognised by her new teachers of the level of education my daughter showed and how she thrives with confidence and knowledge. I have always been overwhelmed with this nursery and their ability to support each child independently and be open with concerns and understanding both parents and children on a personal level. I have enrolled my second daughter into this nursery and my second daughter is already counting to 5 at a extremely early age and speaking confidently at home. Expressing her needs with hand gestures as well as vocal. I am truly grateful my children were accepted when I applied for their positions.

We cannot rate this nursery enough. From the initial show around to our child starting, the staff, especially the management team, have been amazing! Our child started in the Toddler room and is now in Pre-school and all the staff have always been lovely and so friendly and our child has developed great bonds with them. Our child’s learning has also come on so much since being at nursery. We cannot thank Monkey Puzzle Cheshunt enough for the love, support and care they show all the children and us as parents. We are really glad we chose Monkey Puzzle Cheshunt!

Since our child has been at Monkey Puzzle Cheshunt, it has been a huge comfort knowing he is in such safe and caring hands. The staff have always been incredibly friendly, supportive, and attentive, and we genuinely value the daily feedback and communication we receive through the app. Over the past year, he has built lovely friendships and grown in confidence, and we have also come to know the staff, who consistently go above and beyond. We are truly grateful for the care, kindness, and dedication shown to our child. Thank you!
