We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better nursery than Monkey Puzzle Kingston. From the very first day, the warmth, care, and genuine kindness from the staff made us feel completely at ease. Leaving your child is never easy, but knowing they are loved, supported, and truly understood here makes all the difference. The communication, the atmosphere, and the attention to detail are all outstanding. Monkey Puzzle Kingston feels like a second family, and we are so grateful for everything they do. I couldn’t recommend it more highly.

Brilliant nursery, our 3-year-old is really enjoying his time there. A lot of outdoor space to play, every day is different with variety of activities, brilliant staff. A lot of focus on events, teaching children about different holidays and special days. Owners listen and tailor the approach to our child. Best nursery in Kingston/Ham, newly refurbed with air con and underfloor heating. A stone throw away form Richmond Park, which means kids are constantly enjoying the outside and nature.

As a mum, I genuinely cannot be happier about this nursery — and I say that having visited many before making our choice. This place is an absolute gem. The premises are brand new and beautiful, with an amazing playground, sandpits, and outdoor toys. Inside, everything is built with children in mind — including their own kitchen where they regularly cook together. But what truly sets this nursery apart is the team. They know children deeply — their interests, their needs — and they are stimulating, supportive, and warm in a way that goes beyond any expectation. They care about the children as little personalities in their own right. After 8 months, I can see incredible progress in my son. He is more confident, more creative, and thriving. We receive around 60 photos a day, so I always feel connected to his day — the activities, the learning, the joy. The food is wonderful, and the children are learning so many practical skills and manners — from cooking their own meals to shopping for groceries together, to exploring the local area including Richmond Park on regular outings. These experiences are so enriching and you can truly see the difference they make. This is a family-run nursery, and the finest example of how a family business should operate — full dedication, the highest standards, and so much heart. My son feels like he is spending time with his own family. He is always happy going in the mornings, loves playing, and sometimes even asks to stay longer in the evenings. I wholeheartedly recommend this nursery to every parent in our area. It is a truly special place. ❤️
