We couldn’t be happier with N Family Club Harborne. Our daughter, Maryam, has made wonderful progress here. The team is top-tier: Martina and Chloe run the place so smoothly, and Tess is just brilliant with the children. We also love seeing Alicia as head chef now—having known her from the front desk, it’s lovely to see her talent in the kitchen! ​The nursery truly celebrates diversity, marking cultural festivals in a way that makes Maryam feel so included. They really encourage children to express themselves, and Maryam has grown so much in confidence and personality. ​Despite all the fun, they are fantastic with preschool subjects. They’ve made the transition to Reception feel easy by building those 'big school' foundations through play. It’s the perfect balance of a professional setting and a home away from home. We can’t recommend them enough—thank you for looking after Maryam so well!

We’ve had such a positive experience with this nursery. Our son has shown great development since joining—he’s learned so much and really grown in confidence. The environment is safe, nurturing, and well-organized, with regular updates that keep us informed and reassured as parents. The staff are truly professional and caring. Like other parents, I was hesitant to send my child to nursery at first but I am so glad that I did. The staff in my daughters class have been amazing and she has developed so much. The other staff at the nursery are so polite and welcoming, management have always been very quick to respond to any questions and the meals served are impressive. I’m really happy to see how much my daughter loves going into nursery.

As my son enjoys his final year at N Family Club Harborne, I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible care and support he has received since the very beginning of his journey here. The staff here are friendly, knowledgeable, and, most importantly caring. They take the time to understand each child's individual needs, ensuring that every little one feels valued and supported in their growth and development. The management team are always approachable and professional, fostering a sense of trust and community among parents. Beyond the outstanding teaching and care, the entire nursery team, from housekeeping to the wonderful chefs, play a vital role in making this setting feel like a home away from home. The meals are nutritious and well-balanced, and the cleanliness and organisation of the nursery are always maintained to the highest standards. I recently started my son at N Family in Harborne, and I’ve been incredibly impressed from the very beginning. The staff are excellent—taking the time to truly understand each child’s needs and providing such a caring, attentive environment. They’ve been wonderfully accommodating of my son’s nap routine and showed great caution and care when he was unwell, especially after an out-of-nursery injury that required a bandage. Their communication is outstanding, with detailed updates on the app that keep me well-informed and reassured throughout the day. It’s been heartwarming to see how invested and interactive the staff are with the children—their genuine dedication shines through in everything they do. The menu is also highly versatile and well-varied, ensuring a great range of meals for the little ones. Drop-offs and pick-ups are smooth, with convenient on-street parking nearby. Overall, I couldn’t be happier! A huge thank you to N Family Harborne for making this transition so easy and for being truly wonderful!
