Inclusion & environment
Staff take swift action if they notice any delay in children's learning or development. They discuss any concerns with parents and seek support from other professionals as necessary. This enables staff to implement additional support for children to minimise any learning gaps.
Children practice putting on their coats and shoes before outdoor play.
After a lot of trial and error with nurseries we are so glad we found once upon a time. Our son was in the 0-2 year room and Paige and the rest of the team are fantastic. For any prospecting parent what we found was nurseries are so much more about the people (and their training + patience) than the surroundings / areas - without Paige and team our son would not have been settled/comfortable as that was the experience with another nursery.
