My son attended Ashmoor full time from October ‘23 to January ‘25, starting in Little Willows, moving to Mini Maples and finally Cheery Chestnuts. We only left the nursery due to moving house out of the area. I have to say he absolutely loved his time at Ashmoor - his development came on leaps and bounds during his time there. The staff were so friendly and caring, I never had any concerns leaving him there and he genuinely seemed happy to go to nursery every day. The food was always fresh and varied, and they were always busy doing lots of activities. A lot of time was spent outdoors which was important to us, the garden is huge and a definite selling point compared to other nurseries in the area. I was genuinely really sad that we had to leave! Special call out to Jenna the deputy manager and room leader for Chestnuts - she is fabulous and a real asset to the nursery, you can tell she genuinely cares about all of the children and wants to do the absolute best for them. I’d recommend the nursery to anyone!

Fees have increased sharply with no visible improvements (£60 to £80 for the hours 7.30am-6pm from Sep25) . The rooms are still tired, there's no proper air conditioning, and the rising costs have forced us to reduce our childcare days and working hours. Since the Partou takeover, standards haven’t improved — just the price. Disappointing and increasingly unaffordable.
