Red Room Pre-School Annex is a nursery in Radstock for children aged from two to three years. According to Ofsted, staff promote literacy and set out resources to inspire imaginative play, helping children to develop social skills and confidence for school. Children use the outdoor area for creative and physical activities, such as playing on a pirate ship, using a climbing wall and transferring sand with diggers. The inspector highlighted that partnership working with parents and schools supports consistency for the children.

Children use the outdoor area for imaginative and physical play, such as creating treasure maps in the pirate ship, scooping and transferring sand with diggers and using toy trucks. Staff support outdoor play and risk awareness as children climb slides, use the climbing wall and experiment, for example, rolling apples down the slide to see how far they go.
