Both of my sons attend Step By Step Montessori, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with our experience. My younger son was very attached to me and took a little while to settle, but the staff were incredibly patient, gentle, and supportive throughout that process. Once he settled, he started going in confidently and now genuinely looks forward to attending — which says so much about the environment. You can truly tell the teachers love what they do by how they care for and interact with the children. I am very careful and selective when it comes to choosing a nursery, but this one just felt right. It is clean, nurturing, and calm, and both of my children have learned so much and become far more confident and independent. They are genuinely happy there. What they are gaining here is invaluable, and I am so grateful that I found this nursery and can give this experience to my children. I honestly couldn’t recommend it enough. Thank you to all the staff, who are so wonderful!

My daughter has been with SBS for a year and a half and we are amazed by how much she has learnt during her time there. We particularly appreciate the 1-2-1 time she receives while working on specific tasks and how the teachers recognise her strengths and use them to enrich her learning. She has developed strong Montessori skills, including increased independence, concentration, and confidence through hands-on, practical activities. The staff members are consistently kind, nurturing, and supportive. I would highly recommend SBS.

I’ve had such a positive experience with this nursery. From day one it has felt like a real extension of our family — warm, welcoming and genuinely caring. The staff build strong relationships with both children and parents, and the consistent routines help children feel safe, settled and confident. Communication is thoughtful, the environment is calm and nurturing, and it’s clear how much pride the team takes in what they do. I couldn’t have asked for a better start for my daughter.

This is such a wonderful, hidden gem! An authentic Montessori nursery for children. The staff are so caring, dedicated, experienced and knowledgeable. My child has grown so much, not only in confidence and independence but a hunger for learning and understanding the world in a holistic way. I truly feel blessed to have found this place, it's the foundation every child should have when they start their learning journey! Thank you Step by Step Montessori for all your support and dedication with all the children. I wish you had a primary school, I wouldn't resist for a moment to see my child continue their learning with you ❤️

Step by Step Montessori is an exceptional nursery and would highly recommend. My daughter loved coming here from day 1 and has always consistently looked forward to attending nursery. I have watched my daughter grow into a well rounded child and has become more confident and independent!
