About this day nursery

The nursery received a "Good" overall rating in its latest Ofsted inspection on 29 April 2025. Caring and friendly staff warmly welcome children, creating a calm and happy atmosphere.

The broad and inclusive curriculum centres on children's social and emotional development, with staff expertly supporting children to understand their feelings and cooperate with others. The nursery promotes physical development through outdoor play, where children develop good physical skills and enjoy being active in the fresh air.

Children are encouraged to be independent, such as at snack time where they become confident at helping themselves and tidying up. The dedicated team prioritises communication and language development through back-and-forth conversations and by expertly joining in with children's creative play to extend their vocabulary.

Children also develop a love of books and become engrossed in familiar stories, which supports their early literacy skills. The provider and staff thoroughly monitor children's development to identify any learning gaps.
