Our daughter has been attending for two years and she loves it. Nice attentive staff. They have had different Managers for various reasons, but I don't think it has had any effects on the children. The children learn about different cultures and celebrate different festivals. They have a varied menu and cater for different dietary requirements. Best outdoor space in the area.

Our daughter Ava, aged 1 to 2, had her first nursery experience at Park Nursery. After evaluating several options in the area, we chose Park Nursery for its ideal location next to the park, and our expectations were surpassed. The staff at Park Nursery are truly amazing, providing exceptional love and care to Ava. She eagerly anticipated her days there, a testament to the positive experiences she encountered. Park Nurseries dedication to creating a warm and nurturing environment made Ava's early education memorable. I highly recommend Park Nursery for its outstanding commitment to childcare. The perfect blend of location, caring staff, and a positive atmosphere made Park Nursery the ideal choice for our family. Thank you, Park Nursery, for exceeding our expectations and giving Ava a wonderful start to her educational journey. Highly recommended!

Don't trust anything the manager says to you. They will say anything you like to get you to put your child on the waiting list, but don't give too much hope. We recently ran into a problem with the manager as she agreed to adjust the position of our kid on the waiting list, we sent her an email few days later to confirm. However 6 months later when I phoned in to ask about the admission, the manager denied such agreement and called it a misunderstanding. In the end I asked her if I could raise a complaint regarding the way we have been dealt with, she threatened me by saying " I am the one who makes the decision in this nursery and I am the one who will face your children if they ever come to the nursery, if you go down this route, your children may never come to this nursery." To me this is outrageous! I will go up to the regulatory body if necessary to get them to understand, despite they are in high demand, they should never have acted to us like this.

Just really bad. The nursery itself is a nice nursery but the manager is not nice. Was put in the waiting list, was told that there would be a place available around March (which was four months after I was put in the waiting list). ONE WHOLE year has passed and I got nothing. I called them several times, each time telling me they will call me back later and they never did so I called them with fail as they seem to not pick up the calls, the calls just goes to bleep. I emailed them, have had no reply back. It’s really put me of this nursery as their communication is so bad and not to say they aren’t even cheap either. I would pay the price but if at least they were a bit professional ! Just appalling to be fair.

It's really nice friendly staff. Some of the outside areas could do with a lot of tidying up maybe a jet wash play areas which really make it look nice again and maybe some deep cleaning at some point but Other than that is really, really good
