We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Willow Tree Nursery. Both of our children attended, and from the very first day they were welcomed with kindness, patience, and genuine care. The staff create such a nurturing and fun environment where the children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn. The activities are thoughtfully planned, balancing play with early learning in a way that really helped our little ones grow in confidence and independence. Communication with parents is excellent, we always felt informed and reassured about how the children were doing. Our kids came home each day full of smiles, stories, and new skills. Willow Tree Nursery has given them such a positive start, and we are so grateful to the amazing team. We would highly recommend it to any parent looking for a loving, supportive, and inspiring nursery.

An Outstanding Nursery! We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Willow Tree Day Nursery and glad we chose this setting for our child! From the moment we walked through the doors, we were welcomed with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. The staff are incredibly attentive, nurturing, and passionate about what they do. Our child settled in quickly thanks to the supportive environment and engaging activities that are perfectly tailored to each developmental stage. The communication is excellent — we receive updates, photos, via their App, that helps us feel connected and reassured throughout the day. We especially love the outdoor play area and the focus on learning through play. Most importantly, my child is thriving — happy, confident, and excited to go to nursery each day. We’re so grateful to have found a place that feels like a second home. Highly recommended to any parent looking for a loving, enriching, and professional nursery! Adam

Both my children have been attending Willow tree day nursery since it opened , and we couldn’t be happier with the care and attention they’ve received. The nursery has such a welcoming, nurturing atmosphere, and all the staff go above and beyond to make the children feel loved and supported. A special mention to Ammarah, Becks, Aliyah, and Umama — you’ve all been amazing! Safaa is still attending and absolutely loves it. She enjoys all the daily activities and comes home happy and full of stories every day. Thank you to the whole team at Willow Tree for creating such a positive and caring environment. Highly recommended! 🌳💚

Both of my children have attended this nursery. My son has been attending the nursery for 2 years now and moved from the toddler room to pre-school. I am very happy with the care my son receives. All the staff at the nursery are wonderful and friendly, particularly in the pre-school room. His key worker Umamah has been amazing. She really takes the time to understand his individual needs and has been very creative and supportive in trying to address our key concerns particularly around settling in, communication and fussy eating. It's lovely to see the progress he is making in such a short time. He looks forward to attending the nursery every day. I am grateful for the support, care and attention he receives at the nursery!

Our daughter has been at Willow Tree for a few years and we couldn’t be happier with the nursery. Hawa loves going in, the setting is amazing, friendly and really puts you at ease as soon as you walk through the door. The staff are attentive, they listen to all of my concerns and answer all of my questions. I want to give a special mention to Amy, who my daughter took a liking to as soon as she started nursery. Amy was amazing with her, helping her settle in and feel very comfortable. I also want to credit: Shelby, Umama, Suaira, Umara and Aliya for all being fantastic with Hawa, Being the youngest at home she demands attention and has a way about her but all the staff have been amazing with her throughout her time here. I feel as though they pay alot of attention to the kids individually and I am soo happy we chose this nursery for our daughter.
