What parents say

Verbatim quotes recorded in the Ofsted inspection

They say that the staff are extremely kind and caring.

Inclusion & environment

How they support every child

SEND provision

All children, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), are making good progress. The nursery is inclusive, and the support offered for children with SEND is good. Staff have established excellent partnerships with other professionals involved with children's care and development and use their advice to help ensure any gaps in learning are identified and closed.

Outdoor space

Pre-school children show an interest in their local community as they learn about people who help us. Staff follow on from this and plan an activity where children use their imagination and pretend to be firefighters, putting out the 'fire' and building a 'fire engine' using crates and other available resources outdoors.

Wonderful nursery. My son attended from 18 months to school age. Family feel, quality home cooked meals and tons of outdoor space along with great teaching on phonics etc.

My daughter started attending during the pandemic when her nursery closed and Wren stayed open for Keyworkers. She got on so well and loved the nursery that we stayed there. They're so nurturing and caring. It definitely is a home from home. I can't recommend them more highly.

This is a brilliant nursery. The setting is beautiful and the staff are so caring. The children are the centre of everything they do and both my kids have been very happy at Wrens.

Visited this nursery for my Grandchild first birthday. Fabulously well equipped place in a gorgeous oak framed building. One of the quaintest day care centre's I've ever seen.
