Inclusion & environment
Staff have high expectations of children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). Leaders take prompt action to ensure that children with SEND receive the support they need to reach their potential. Staff work in excellent partnership with parents, who report how delighted they are with the strong progress children make.
The inspector observed the quality of education being provided, indoors and outdoors, and assessed the impact that this was having on children's learning.

Acorn Day Nursery Burton Latimer re-registered in 2017 and is located in Northamptonshire. The nursery employs 38 members of childcare staff, of whom 24 hold appropriate early years qualifications at level 3 or above, including the manager who holds an early years degree. The nursery opens from Monday to Friday, all year round, with sessions from 7.15am to 6.15pm. The nursery receives funding for the provision of free early education for children aged from nine months up to four years.
