Inclusion & environment
Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities receive tailored support to help them to make progress. Staff work on a one-to-one basis with them, where needed, to meet their needs.
Children confidently move round the safe and interesting indoor and outdoor areas. Children have fun playing in the gardens and thoroughly enjoy the freedom to take measured risks. For instance, toddlers practise their physical skills on the low-level swings and pre-school children develop friendships and are keen to play with their friends outside.
Children who speak English as an additional language are helped to build on their vocabulary. Staff respect the vital role of their home language and use words provided from home to communicate.
Fantastic nursery. Friendly workers who make all the children feel special. The new owners are really clearing the place out and making improvements across the whole of the nursery and the building. They accommodate to all of your child's needs, dietary requirements etc. It's also easy to get in touch via phone you are not left on the line for ages. Cannot praise this nursery enough my children have been going since they were 2 and now are going to attend the after school club, they love it.
Read on GoogleMy daughter has been going to this nursery since she was 1 and she loves it! The staff are lovely, the nursery is clean, tidy and safe. Couldn't ask for anything more in a nursery.
Read on GoogleVery lovely place to entrust your little one. Staff are so good at their job and so warm welcoming too. My little one who had so much difficulty socialising, has been totally transformed in to a new person because of the help of the staff. She feel so safe and accepted, and most often she wouldn’t want to come back home after her nursery hours. I love this place, and my little one loves it too.
Read on GoogleAFTER SCHOOL CLUB - Major payment issues. The staff at the after school club are great and fantastic with the kids, but the back office staff are uncontactable by phone, and get the front of house staff to pass on messages. Do not pay via Direct Debit as the system never works, often straddling you with bills for £000's (Literal thousands) for 2 kids as they will not take payment for months on end. No issues at all with the way my kids are looked after, but needs a serious overhaul on dealing with customers
