This is a very special nursery. The team are patient, caring, and organised. Our daughter has had a brilliant time and is so excited to tell us about all the fun she had when she gets home. Sofia, the owner, has created a family atmosphere and some thoughtful touches for the parents like a coffee machine for the morning runs. The new space, which is linked to a big terrace, means the children can move in and out and enjoy lots of fresh air and different activities. We are very grateful to the team for all their help, and would fully recommend the nursery, who could not have done more for us.
Read on GoogleWe absolutely love this nursery, the staff is incredible, Sophia is on top of everything and they've taken the best care of our little kid. We are super thankful for all the hard work they put into raising our child. What stands out: great communication, making the kids feel home, warm welcome, proactive. Can't recommend enough.
Read on GoogleHampstead baby care is an amazing nursery .Sophia is amazing , very accommodating and listens to every concern and puts her heart into ensuring the children are comfortable and happy. The staff here are very nice and really accommodating to and makes me very happy and assured that my daughter is in good hands .
Read on GoogleHampstead Baby Care Nursery was recommended to me by a mom’s group in the area. It was a relatively new nursery, so I was lucky enough to get a spot for my son with a few months’ notice. When we visited the nursery, I already felt a sense of comfort- the staff seemed nurturing and caring. Made me feel like my 7-month-old son would be well taken care of. He is just over 2 now and it’s very hard to express in words what the nursery has meant for our family. The staff pays a lot of attention to the individual needs of the child from food requirements to their sleeping schedule; they are happy to work closely with the parents to customize their needs. The food is excellent and caters to special dietary requirements. Parents can keep track of their child’s daily routine including meals and nap timings through an app which is updated live by the staff. The children spend lots of time outdoors, learn social skills and fine motor skills through several planned activities and even have weekly Spanish singing lessons. The staff make sure to send frequent pictures or updates through the app which I look forward to and enjoy. My son is very happy to go in when we drop him off and comes back home with several stories. He is talking non-stop now and really thriving developmentally. A special mention for his main carer Radia whom he adores and is very attached to and for Sofia who runs the nursery impeccably and provides so much support for both the parents and the staff. The staff love him to bits and I can confidently say that they are truly his extended family. It is his home away from home. I am very grateful to have found this place and very excited for my daughter to go here in a few months’ time.
Read on GoogleI cannot recommend Hampstead Baby Care enough. We couldn't have asked for a better start to care for our son (at 11 months). All the staff have been so caring for our son, and us as parents, as he transitioned in and as he's grown and I can only say, thrived, over the past year. His key person Roma has been fantastic, really knowing our son and building a strong bond with him has been lovely to see. He has been so happy to go every day, we know he's in the best care, always with a range of activities both indoor and out. He has a group of little friends he talks about every day and we love seeing photos of what they are up to. We love that its a small centre and really feel the personal experience for our family. Sophia also takes great care in how she runs the place and is always an open door for discussion or any help you need. Thank you to all the carers for being amazing!
