With all due respect to Ben and another lady I didn’t get the name of, the rest of the staff I have spoken to especially this one lady are very unprofessional, they go by the “law book” not actually helping those in need with addiction as so forth, having full knowledge of one of their clients drug abuse on both per scripted and illegal drugs, they still intend to give him medication that even he himself has said he does not want, not only this but they have full understanding of his accessibility to illegal drugs and yet they do nothing to stop him from wasting his money and fueling his addiction, I thought this place was meant to be where those who are vulnerable can live, save their money, and receive help from professionals who actually know what they are doing, I’m sorry to Ben and the other lovey lady I did not get the name of, but unfortunately I’ve been left with no choice but for the world to see the corruption within this establishment, next time you speak to someone’s emergency contact don’t come at them with hostility.

Absolutely fantastic place. We take out child who has extra health needs to the stay n play session. As would be expected super for disabled access and parking. Staff are polite, have a wealth of knowledge and engaging with the children. There is a treasure trove of toys and sensory aids for every level of learning and developing. Keeping the little ones occupied.

I am very disappointed with the outreach team as they say they are coming then I get my hopes up and they don't it's not good for my mental health and disabilities. Especially the change of routine and no good for my anxiety either.
